Feeling fed up with life

The modern world is exhausting. It tires you out. It is ungrateful. It constantly tests and seldom rewards. You get tired of living in it. You are tired of loving and caring too much for a world that gives you nothing in return. You are tired of putting effort and resources into an uncertain outcome. You are tired of the uncertainty and drabness itself. You are feeling fed up with life.

Over time, people become an army of broken hearts and suffering souls looking for healing. We want more, but we are too tired to ask for anything. We’re tired of our situation, but we’re afraid to start over. We need to take a risk, but the fear of failure prevents us from doing so. After all, we don’t know how many more attempts we have the strength to make.

Feeling of fatigue is a problem for everyone

It seems to us that we are the only ones who are tired. But in reality, everyone around us is tired, tired of all the games and self-deception, of the uncertainty we feed each other. We don’t want to be villains or fools. So we begin to defend ourselves. The point of the second breath is that you will never know if it will open if you stop moving forward.

It’s an undeniable fact that humans are much more resilient than they seem at first glance. We can always give the world more love, hope and passion. But we don’t go far enough to reach the point where all our actions begin to bear fruit. We want immediate results, and if we don’t have them, we give up, letting fatigue stop us. We get frustrated by the lack of feedback, assuming it’s a sign to stop all our further efforts.

The fact is, a person refuses to admit that he or she lacks inspiration. Sooner or later we all get tired and frustrated. But we have the opportunity to work on our feelings. Just because you’re tired, discouraged and fed up with your life doesn’t mean you can’t change it. Every person you’re proud of has experienced a crushing defeat at some point in the pursuit of his dreams. But that didn’t stop him from making those dreams a reality. You have a right to be wrong on the road to your greatest change.

Some life events happen quietly, slowly. They are caused by all the little decisions we make every day. They make us better people. You have to give yourself the time to allow these improvements to happen. If you are tired, take it slow. Move slowly. But most importantly, don’t stop. Your fatigue has its own reasons. You are tired because it had to happen. You are tired because you are changing. Your fatigue is not in vain — it points to the need to keep moving forward. You are tired because you are growing. And one day that growth will lead you to what you are striving for.

Try to look at your life from a different angle. Perhaps it’s not as bad as it seems? We all have periods of fatigue. You should develop your own plan for such situations. Maybe it’s an unplanned trip or a purchase. There is always a way out, you just need to notice it.
